OUR ELECTION MEETING IS COMING UP  AND WE WILL HAVE TO ELECT 3 NEW BOARD MEMBERS, A PRESIDENT, AND VICE-PRESIDENT FOR THE UPCOMING YEAR. WE ASK THAT EVERYONE BE THINKING ABOUT WHO YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE FOR THESE POSITIONS. THOSE WHO WILL GO OFF THE BOARD THIS YEAR WILL BE J.B. STANLEY, DAVID STANLEY, AND LETCHER LEE...

The Cumberland Pine Mountain Trial Riders will hold their Annual Election Meeting on Sunday Feb. 28th at 2 pm at the Clintwood Community Center (located beside of the Ralph Stanley Museum). We ask that everyone please bring a covered dish or two and a dessert. We will be electing 3 new Board Members at this meeting...We will also be electing a new President and Vice-President at this meeting. In order for you to make a difference you must be present at this meeting. You must pay your annual dues at this meeting in order to vote...Membership dues are $30 per family...or $20 for one Adult..all children 17 and under are free with paying Adult. Please come out to this meeting and vote for who you think will do the best job for the Club. If anyone has any questions you can call J.B. Stanley at 276-926-4956.

For the 2010 season all CPM Trail Riders will get a Membership Card to carry with them at all times. On this card will include your Name, Expiration Date, Membership #, and Key #. All members will be given a Membership # this year ( including Children).

Don't forget if you have not signed up yet for the 2010 season then you need to do so. You will need to sign up so you can get your membership card.

Everyone has to sign up, or renew thier membeship for 2010 in order to still be a member of the CPM Trail Riders Club.

IF YOU DO NOT REJOING THE CLUB THIS YEAR, THEN WE ASK THAT YOU TURN IN YOUR KEY TO THE RIDING RING,  as we have a lot of other people who needs a key that are members.

If you have a key to the riding ring and you do not want to rejoin for 2010 then please contact us and let us know and please return your key. You can call us, send us an email, or come to the Clintwood Community Center on Sunday Feb. 28th at 2 pm to turn in your Key.

In order to have a chance to win the Most Improved Juvenile Trophies at the end of this year's season... YOU MUST be a Member of the CPM Trail Riders Club.
